Store Pick up (click and collect)

Store pick up is only available at our Takapuna store.

Shipping 

Delivery is only available to addresses (no PO Boxes) within New Zealand.   

Our delivery charges (on the value of goods after discount and excluding shipping): 

$75 or over	Free Delivery
Below $75	Flat $5 charge

 

All orders placed prior to 3pm will be dispatched the same working day. After 3pm they will be dispatched the following working day. The delivery time of your product will depend on courier availability and what region you are located in.  

All goods will be delivered by the courier and method nominated by OFF & ON to the address specified on the order. 

Non–receipt of any goods must be notified to Off & On within seven (7) days of the order date via email to orders@offandon.co.nz (please include your order number).
